I have severe headaches. Every night about 5-8pm I become very anxious,hypochondria and obsessive. Does that mean that I need more medication

Some people go through a panic feeling but think about it also the medication is not natural for the body to feel such feelings like being very drunk the body trys to counter react the feeling or whats going on to adapt.
