I got the ringing in the ears, stomach aches, major headaches and last but not least, I just finished the last pill of the z pak today and tonight I have a horrible bubbly, pimply red rash all over. I actually went to the emergency. The triage nurse was not panicking. I had already taken 2 benedryl. It didn't get much worse so I left. The wait would have been hours. I hate the side effects of meds but I had to take something because I had pneumonia.
