I'm sooooo glad I found this b/c I have gained 22lbs. since I had this thing put in. I have three children and never had a problem losing weight after my others.And now i tried everything diets,exercising not eat and still cant loose the weight. ( By the way I had it put in 2 months after i had my last child.) When I went to have it put in I had Already lost all but 5 lbs. of my baby weight and now after I read all of this I see what my problem is Im going in 3 days to have this thing removed I can't take this anymore. I've already been to the dr. to check my thyroid and it was fine. I'll let you know what happens post mirena.
