Besides nausea, I also experience a caffeine-like effect from Wellbutrin. I forgot to put that in my last post - I guess I've been taking the pill so long I forgot about this effect. It is not a problem for me unless I take the pill late in the day - then I have trouble falling asleep. I just make sure to take the pill before noon, and then I avoid the insomnia. I do the same with coffee or anything with caffeine in it. So here is my final side effects list, after 3+ yrs of taking the drug: 1. Nausea 2. Insomnia if taken late in the day, caffeine-like effect 3. Appetite suppression (may be temporary?), weight loss 4. Inability to enjoy smoking cigarettes Hope this helps.
