Please note that I'm a fellow lisinopril suffering patient, not a doctor.
The tightness in the chest, like a band around the middle, is a classic lisinopril side-effect. Abdominal pains also. And, agitation too, as well as poor quality sleep. If you have these problems, I think it is unlikely that you can find a dosage of this med small enough. These symptoms will just keep mounting. I think you should get off the lisinopril ASAP.
Also, note that dizziness when you stand up is a symptom of low blood pressure. If that is indeed your case, you might be over medicated. Note that doctors measure your bp in their office not at your home. There is a condition known as white-coat-hypertension, where some people's bp is higher in the doctors office than at home, due to the stress of seeing the doctor, even if you like him or her. I'd recommend taking control of your blood pressure measurements: get an automatic machine and take it at home regularly, once a day, according to the instructions, e.g. after resting for 30 min.
Best of luck to all.
