you must exersice, I am swimming and doing yoga. breathing techniques are vitally important. this helps to anxiety, and also helps the blood circulation to improve. this helps psychologically and pysically including your hair.
I am using the face cream on my hair, yes it sounds silly but it hellpss, after washing your hair, use a bit of cream on your hair.
yasmin ruined my life but I am working soo hard to get rid of its side effects. and my way did work.. but it takes time.. and dont forget to loveee yourselff! take care, be good!
