I experienced a DVT 6 months ago, out of the blue. Did the Lovenox injections for a month, twice daily. Have been taking warfarin sodium since August. My hair was always very thick and healthy. I noticed in November that there was lots of hair in the bathtub whenever I shampooed. My hairdresser has also noticed the change. My hair is getting very thin and it is also getting brittle. Is there something that can be done to correct the hair loss...other than stopping the WS which I apparently be on for the rest of my life.
