I've been on wellbutrin XL 150mg for just over 1 month. From day 1 I've had all different side effects. The first week my mood was fantastic, as well as my energy. But I hardly slept at all. I have headaches, but that has always been a problem for me. Then I started feeling tired and drowsy and had severe dry mouth. Now, over the past day or two I started feeling really sick. Very dizzy, nauseous, it feels hard to breathe and I have a headache that will not go away with Tylenol or Advil. I'm considering stopping it.

I have been on wellbutrin xl 150 mg for 3 yrs now. I had a lot of nervous anxiety for the first week that went away. For the most part I had a lot less depression, but it never completely went away. I did have marked memory loss in the sense that I cannot hold any more than one thought process going on at a time or they begin to float away from me. I did though,for a long time the first year have a heavy eye twitch that has since gone away, but that all beat the alternative. Never had any sexual side affects or weight gain. I actually lost a lot of weight on ww the 2nd year. Due to financial reasons I have had to switch to Prozac 20mg and I have suffered a severe migraine, then headaches. Low temperatures of 96.8 for 1 day then 97.1 the next w/ flu symptoms. This is only my 5th day on Prozac. Also swelling around my eyes, as well as a problem w/ orgasm. I don't know if it is the combination of the sudden switch from 1 to the other or if I should chicken out and just go back and pay for the wellbutrin.
