I have done this, but the side effects just keep coming. Can you do followups with the FDA?

Hello Hellen 950,
I,m on my third day of 1 dose and yesterday I started having sharp pain in my right hip. Today it seems as if I'll be limping all day. I have a painfull bout of Prostatitis and so far it seems the Leva might be correcting it.

Could you tell me how long you took Leva and for what diagnosis.
Reading all this info has me calling my Doc today.
