Cannot believe that tiredness/fatigue is not listed as a major side effect! My Doctor believes that it is my Warfarin/Coumadin and he has other similar patient experience. I still have my sense of humor though! (just in case you wondered!)

I have been on Warfarin (6mg) for just a week, and I am so weak and so tired it is unbelievable.

I've been on Warfarin for a week and am experiencing extreme tiredness and weakness. MY GP didn't think it was the warfarin to blame - but I certainly didn't feel like this before taking it.
