i am very glad to hear you are recovring. you can take care of cholesterol by a very simple and effective way by adding herbs to youre food like turmeric ,fenugreek seed ,ginger,corrineder seed and dill or you can mix the powder and half tea spoon with water as drink and good result .my father was also quit the medication and he use this procedure and his cholesterol is under control.
