I've received a few Kenalog shots over the past few years for pleurisy. I just got another shot today. For me it's a miracle drug. It relieves the pain within a few hours. The only side effect I have ever had is a huge dent in my butt cheek where I got the shot. Having a dent in my butt is a small price to pay for relieving the excruciating pain of pleurisy.
