dude, I am glad to hear that I am not crazy. I am having the exact same problems on this Doxycyline. I have been dizzy and lightheaded, and. my anxiety has been way up. I woke up last night thinking I was having a heart attack, but decided it was a panic attack instead. (I already take stuff for that.) I have also been very jittery on this medicine. I'm done with it and never again. I seem to have problems with alot of antibiotics.
