I have gotten this shot twice. Both times, my cycle has been irregular. From having it for weeks, or having it last 10 days, then starting again after only a week. Weight loss and a change in my thyroid too. Major irritability. Helped my sinuses tremendously, but can't do the shot while trying to conceive.
