I have been taking Yasmin for about 5 years; about 5-6 months ago they started giving me the generic. Whether it's the generic or not, recently I have been having slight headaches, not debilitating but lasting for days, been short of breath doing simple things (I'm 24 years old), and have been having a chest pain/discomfort on my life side. I looked up symptoms of blood clots and then googles Yasmin + side effects and found this site, which has me extremely terrified. I plan to call the doctor tomorrow and want to print these entries to bring along with me. I am certainly going to stop taking these pills today. Will update later.
