This is just a thought but have you had a sleep test? I know some of the clients that I take care of (I am a Case Manager for Mental Health ) were having real problems with fatigue and sleep. They had a sleep study done and it was found that they had sleep apnea. This disorder can cause you to be very tired and if you have hypothyroidism on top of it, you can really have it bad. At least you could rule that out first before you have the medication checked. I too, have trouble with the thyroid meds. It was discovered that I do not absorb the normal thyroid medications. The only one that was working for me was the Lovoxil and the VA doctor has requested that I have that medicine but the VA won't let me have it. I suffer from fatigue, depression and overall muscle pain. Now the VA doctor just called me again and told me that I am low again on my thyroid and they have bumped me up again from.175 to .200 Maybe now they will reconsider switching me to the Levoxil.
