I don't know if anyone else has experienced anything close to this. I have been on Wellbutrin 300 for about 2 months and I noticed this about after 6 weeks; I feel as if my brain is shifting sideways but I feel so only when I close my eyes and am trying to sleep. I feel as if my entire body is sinking and I feel very light headed. Its SO SCARY and sometimes I am even scared to close my eyes. Has anyone else felt like this ???

I have had a strange feeling as well just before falling asleep - I feel something shifting and kind of relate it to tumblers (like in a lock) falling into place. I thought it very interesting that you are experiencing something similar. I have been taking 300mg for about 3 weeks having increased from 150 earlier. I would be interested to hear if you get any other responses.

I was taking 150 mg of the generic xl for 4 days when something similar happened to me. I was trying to fall asleep when all of a sudden my brain felt like it was doing flip flops. Like someone was squeezing my brain and twisting it all around. It was so scary that it caused me to have a panic attack. I called the dr and she said to stop taking it.
