After two weeks of taking Loestrin 24 Fe I experienced shortness of breath, insomnia (usually I am the type or person that sleeps over 10 hours like a baby), and small brown dots all over my inner thighs and inside of my arms. I stopped taking it and everything went away after 3 days.
