I have been on paxil for over ten years and it was my life changing drug, i always had depression and then i started getting panic attacks driving and it took it all away now that i am taking a generic i don't know if i am taking enough but i cant drive at all except locally and i swear it because i think generic is not as good as real paxil but insurance will not cover.

You are probably having a reaction to the drug. I had this same problem at one point. If you continue taking it the symptoms my only get worse. Consult your doctor.
