Has anyone missed their first period the first month that they were one Loestrin24? I have been on this pill in particular for a month now and just started my 2nd month today Sunday and I still didn't have a period. I have had severe cramping at times and I had some acne in the first month that is just clearing up now. I keep thinking that I am pregnant because I haven't gotten a period.....i don;t know what to do

When I was on Loestrin24 I was having my perioc like twice a month it everything else was fine besides that.
