I just cold turkey on effexor 75mg cause I couldn't get the money...

I just cold turkey on effexor 75mg cause I couldn't get the money to pay for them.They helped me when I was on them,but I haven't taken them for a week.What scares me is the zaps that I feel in my head.If I was to go back on them will it disappear,my doctor is on vacation.I don't know what to do.I need to get more or what? Thanks Gail
