I have got three shots and now have two big dents in my back one ...

I have got three shots and now have two big dents in my back one on the side of my hip and one on the right side of my lower back. I have been getting very bad back pain and when I push on them I start bleeding a dark blood please help me I have had one sine 2007 and just recently has the one on my hip showed up the hurt and my doctors don't know what to do. please email me if you have any answers ****** Thank you, A Girl with a lot of issues
