This is my first day on 20mg of this stuff and they had me taking a water pill at the same time! My BP dropped rapidly and I was feeling light headed, anxious and weak like I could pass out. I called the nurse and she told me to get some caffeine in my system because I had recently given it up. So I did and I feel better, but I don't think I'm going to take more than 5mg at a time. It's way too powerful. I'll see how it goes and check back with you in a few days!
