I'm almost 44 years old, I have been on YAZ 2 years now. Not needed for birth control, was put on it due to severe PMDD. 1st year was great! I lost almost 20 lbs, no cramps, no bloating, bleeding almost non existent. For the past 7-8 mo, I have gained almost 10 lb (and I work out 4-5 times a week, watch what I eat), I constantly feel bloated, tender breasts, my appetite was originally under control when I went on YAZ, now it's crazy. I just set up my appointment for my annual next month, and I'm going to tell my Dr I think I'd rather deal with the symptoms again... I knew it would be too good to last!
