The doctor gave my son Singular yesterday, I filled it and am now throwing it away. I with you, not worth the trouble. I would rather waste money than hurt my son. Good luck to you.

This is why the drug companies try sooo hard to bury side effect info. My sister-in-law was given a prescrition for singulair for her 3yo but refused to fill it and argued with her pediatrician. She saw first hand how my son's behavior improved when he discontinued singulair and she didn't want to take a chance. Even if it affects only 1 percent of people who take it a parent will think twice about giving it to their child. The drug companies are of course in it to make money and their profits are going to drop big time once doctors and patients become more aware of these problems.
