I have been taking Adderall XR on and off for about 4 years. I am 27 years old and have also been taking birth control for about 10 years. I got off birth control almost a years ago and have not had a period since, so I went to the OBGYN with my concerns as my husband and I are trying to get pregnant. Has anyone experienced missed periods? My Dr. did a pelvic ultrasound and I found out that I have PCOS (polycystic ovary syndrome) and its going to be hard for me to get pregnant. Has anyone else had issues getting pregnant and think that Adderall might be the cause???

don't believe it was the adderall.
btw, i had 3 abortions and had pain in ovaries. with birth control it helped the pain. i had completed an ultra sound that reported nothing at the time -but cysts have existed in my ovaries before cuz i have felt them.

i'd suggest seeing a better doctor and getting more "official" medical opinions. no one person can help answer your questions. it took a long time for someone to explain to me that pain i used to have after my period was cysts that were released at a certain time, etc.

so get more opinions and piece the formula yourself -soon you'll find the right doctor with all your information you provide them with all your OWN research and thus the puzzle will make sense.
