One word for my experience.. HORRIBLE. I have been on aviane for about a year now, my eating habits haven't changed and I go to the gym.. but yet gained nearly 40 lbs!! I am very tired, irritable, moody, lack of energy. I was my face morning and night, yet i have more pimples then ever!! I am stopping, and seeing my doctor.
