I am 25 year old female. I am on my second day of Loestrin24 and so far so good. I started it on my first day of my period, i haven't stopped bleeding, and after talking to my pharmacist ( who is very reliable and sometimes better than my gyno) she said it was due to the drug not fully being in my system. Aside from a mild headache that is the only side effect i feel so far. After reading this forum i have concluded that yes, its best to give it a trial run and see how it goes. It's great to know many women do not get their period. Wish me luck! ;-)
