I have been taking Paroxetine (Paxil) for about 3 years for anxiety I decided to cut down gradually until I was taking about 5mg daily then gradually tapered off from there but I get a pulse like feeling in the side if my head when I move my eyes mainly to the left which makes me feel off balance this happens every time I move my eyes worse when i look to the left has anyone else got this i would be grateful to hear from you thank you x

A month ago I began taking Paxil and everything seemed to be fine. Then at the beginning of the fourth week I noticed, I felt swimmy in my head and had a hard time focusing. These symptoms would come and go all day. This went on for about a week and got progressivley worse. I stopped the paxil for three days and the effects began to disipate. It also made my anger issues worse. This is not exactly the same as your effects, but somewhat similar.
