When i started taking this it seems ok, then after a couple of days I felt really sick and REALLY tired to the point that i actually fell asleep on my desk at work!!! Anyway, I decided to stick with it and thought that maybe I just wasnt getting enough sleep... a month later I noticed that I was drinking stupid amounts of water and the problem was getting worse and worse, I thought it was the air con at work so I complained! Another month on and things were insane, one day I think I drank about 7 liters of water and still felt thirsty and was constantly peeing! Enough was enough, I have just stopped taking it and hope that I feel better soon, I have checked my blood sugar which is fine so its not that thats causing it and I did have a few days where I felt better and oddly these were during my pill break!!!!!!!! I feel a little angry that the packet doesn't actually tell you that this pill is a frickin DIURETIC specifically designed to stop you gaining water weight!
