I've been weaning off Toprol for about a week and it's been terrible. I'm shaky, feel hungry all the time, can't concentrate and want to jump out of my skin. Is this normal? How long will it last??

Hi I two was weaning off of Toprol for 6 weeks or so and yes everything you are saying is very common, have you stopped taking it yet and how much are you on just curious as I have been off now for 3 weeks and its been no joy ride let me tell ya lol..

I am taking 50 mg of toprol a day and want to come off of it but don't know if I can take the side effects of coming off. I have been on it for over 12 yrs now but wanna lose weight and the Toprol makes losing weight almost impossible!
