I hate predisone. I took it for 5 days, 40mg a day because of my bronchitis. After my last day of taking it, I became really emotional. I was crying for no reason. My heart was beating really fast, I was dizzy and insomnia is the worst. My legs also ache really bad and they are so weak. I've been off of prednisone for 4 days and im starting to feel a little better but I still can't sleep. Does anyone know how long the insomnia will last?

Hi - same things here. Been off for about 10 days. How long did your symptoms last??
