I can only speak from my own experience but I wish I had stopped taking it sooner than I did. 2.5 years now and this nightmare has not ended yet. I believe you are correct...... stop taking this poison, it will kill you.
Hi. Yes, they do go away. The bad news is that it can take many months. Don't lose hope. You will get better. Just be careful that you don't rupture a tendon. Don't push yourself too hard. Rest and time will heal. Good luck.
Ok now im scared i just took my second dose and so far so good but im hot and my hands are swollen. I hate taking medicine for the reason. I dont have ins and cant afford anything else to go wrong!!!
You have been poisoned by a quinolone antibiotic; there are literally thousands that have been damaged by these drugs. Just not everyone has made the connection to the serious adverse reactions. For the most part these reactions occur weeks, months or even years after the antibiotic treatment.
The drugs are
Levaquin (levafloxacin)
Cipro (ciprofloxacin)
Floxin (offoxacin)
Avelox (Moxifloxacin)
If you have not already file a med watch report to the FDA

Hope you have a swift healing process and above all never take another quinolone antibiotic.
