Hello, I'm a 39 yr old female, in May of 2009 I was diagnosed with Blood Clots in the lungs. When I went to the ER that day I had extreme pain in my neck left shoulder and shoulder blade and down my left arm almost to the elbow. Now after getting out of the hospital and returning to the hospital week after week with the same symptums. I was put on Warfarin. And they can't get my Inr regulated in between 2 and 3 when my level is 1.5 or lower that same pain comes back. And the Doctors say that there is no relation to it, but i know what i feel. The Family doctor says it's a pinched Nerve, but I only have the pain when my INR is 1.5 or lower.
I am 66 year old male and thought I was in fine health
I too was diagnosed with Atrial Fibrillation and put on Warfarin
Just 1mg per day. Only been on this for approx 4 weeks
Had constant pain in both shoulder muscles and arms
Pins and needles in my hands. Leg cramps and chills
I stopped taking Warfrin 2 days ago and went back to Aspirin and other natural blood Anticoagulants
I already feel much better and my shoulder muscle pain has gone
I don't want a stroke but living with Warfrin just ain't living
