I've been taking Lisinopril for about 2 years with no problems, until I had the prescription refilled at Wal-Mart and the Lisinopril they sell is made in India by Lupin. Within 3 days I got a headache that lasted 24/7, and I felt like my insides were shaking.

You should have checked your blood pressure during the time you were having the headaches. I also had the same symptoms as you with the Lupin brand of lisinopril from Wal-Mart. My blood pressure was dangerously high and I was admitted to the emergency room. However, once I returned to the previously used brand of the drug the headaches and high blood pressure disappeared.
