Both of those drugs can cause side effects .. your body/mind need cholesterol to function.. . the drs. and the drug co's are doing a SCAM on the anti-cholesterol drugs . . ..it is all about $$. . . . whenever you stop taking statins, then the choesterol level will higher for awhile. Your dr. should know all of this stuff. Unfortunately, so many people are wasting time/$ doing tests instead they should stop taking dangerous drugs.

Concerning cholesterol and heart atacks: Anyone who takes the time to access the World Health Organization data base, and compares cholesterol levels with death rates from artery disease, you will find absolutely no relationship between cholesterol and heart attacks.

Have we been conned? You bet we have.

Don't wait a month--get off of this poison immediately! I was only on it for four months, and I am still trying to recover from the side effects almost two years later! This medicine is not something to play with. It can cause permanent damage that you will regret the rest of your life. Read all these posts here and see what many of these people are dealing with. Just tell your doctor that you will not take this medicine. How can we be conned into believing that God created all of us to have to take lipitor in order to survive? It's rediculous!
