I have been reading all the posting about this drug. Was just prescribed it. I don't think I will take this drug now. Does anyone know of anyway to lower the bp naturally as I have to bring mine down. I know that stress can sometimes trigger the bp to rise. Just not sure what to do now.

I just started on Lisinopril again five days ago after ditching it last year due to many of the health concerns listed in the posts here. I am reconsidering that decision yet again (only did so as a result of my doctor's urging). I am trying a modified diet from the book "Protien Power" by Dr.'s Mary and Mike Eades. Highly recommend this book. My bp is droping like a stone (although I am unable to determine if it is a result of the Lisinopril or the diet since I have been doing both for about a week and just decided today to quit the Lisinopril to see if the results are from the diet alone). Best to all.
