been taking 20 mg for several months, stopped it for about a month, and started back taking it at night for 1 month now. It seems that every time I bump my hand or arm it turns into a bad looking blister, someone asked me tonight if I had poison oak, which I don't. I have had blood tests and everything is normal. It really looks bad.

Bruising easily is listed as an adverse side effect on Medsafe in New Zealand. If you are already suffering one side effect chances are high that you may already be suffering more side effects that you don't actually know of yet. This poison has not been shown to signafacntly reduce heart attacks or strokes. You may also ask yourself if you have bruising showing on the outside what is happening on your inside?

Statins are dangerous drugs and can cause MANY side effects. I suggest that you stop taking this POISON before you have more problems. Don't let your dr. to con you . . your mind/body needs cholesterol to function. The anti-cholesterol drugs are big $$ business and people suffer.
