Not sure how long you had the Mirena in. Like many others, I started to feel better almost right away...in terms of the bloating and brain fog. The dizziness and panicky feeling subsided little by little. That part really took the better part of a year to go away completely. I wanted to tell you that the foot tingling seemed to be a symptom of low estrogen for me...and with the progestin in the Mirena, it put me so out of balance that I went into premature menopause. I am now on HRT and I notice that when my estrogen patch is getting close to being time to change it out, I can get the tingling again (with me it's always in my left foot). I change the patch and it goes away. My Dr said that this sort of tingling is very common in menopause (who knew? I didn't!) and is caused by low estrogen...so it makes sense that if you have too much progestin in your body, the imbalance could cause this same side effect.
