I was on Nuvaring for about two weeks once. I didn't like the cramping. When I called my doctor's office and told them about the cramping, they just said they hadn't heard of that side effect before. Something deep inside me just said I have to pull this thing out of me. It was like a sixth sense type of thing. I just knew it was not for me.
