I was prescribed Loestrin for mood swings and depression during perimenopause. After reading these messages, I decided NOT to try it. I was intrigued by the mention of B12. I've had 2 people suggest I eat more protein. So I put 2 and 2 together, knowing that red meat has lots of B12....... I started eating red meat and feel 100% better!!!!!!!!! I had not eaten red meat in years. Try it! Try more protein and try B12/red meat.
