You are not alone. I started to think I was crazy. I have been trying to figure out for over 2 years what is wrong with me and I finally realized on my own that it must be the Mirena. I went to a new gyno yesterday and finally a doctor agreed that the hormones may be impacting me negatively. I have decided to have the Mirena removed and I am looking into Essure which is Permanent birth control, but it has no hormones.
