I have been on Mirena for 6 months now. I am 35, with a 1 year old and a 3 year old. I am so happy I found this website! I thought I was going crazy! I too have had terrible low back pain, migraines (never had them before), fluttering (feels just like there's a baby in there), hungry constantly, and worst of all, EXHAUSTED all the time. I thought I had some terrible disease until I found out all of you wonderful ladies have the same symptoms. Thanks for making me feel normal. On the other hand, it is a very convenient birth control, you don't have to think about it. My insurance covered it 100%. Although I had daily bleeding for 5 months, it's finally stopped and I have not once had an actual period, which is wonderful. We are discussing getting my hubby "fixed" so I can get my energy back. I miss the old me!
