I had mine out May 10th 2009 and I just got my period today. So it took almost 2 months. I called the Doc's office a couple weeks ago, they told me not to worrie. Good luck.

I had mine removed last October. I did not have a period until December then not another until February. I started have a period every month in April. Sort weird....never knowing, but now I every month I will have my period. What I deal with most is trying to lose the 24 pounds that I gained while I had the IUD for 8 months. My age probably has a lot to do with it...being 52 everything seems to slow down. I do eat healthy and exercise so I know I am healthy. The weight will just have to come off when it does. Good luck in returning to the "normal you":)
