I'm taking Niaspan ER tabs I have been taking it for two months now.
I had a side effect a flush of heat comes over you and itching, headaches. I was taking this for three weeks never had a problem. I called my doctor
she asked did I take the aspirin I told her no. You suppose to take aspirin with every dose. I had headaches also take a snack with every dose. I had know more problem with Nisapan ER tabs.

I just started taking the niaspan er tabs one at dinner, on the third day, I broke out with a skin rash on my neck, arms, and upper chest. Reading your post you said you should take a asprin with each dose? My dr never told me to do so. I wonder if this would help.
