Someone please tell me this! I had my mirena put in aprx 3 months...

i had very similar side effects- see my posting.

I will tell you that the pains were not only in my pelvic area but my upper legs and lower back. the pains in my lower back went away for the most part after 4 or so months- but the rest is still there. horribly scary and we should probably get it removed

I had MASSIVE bloating for about 3 days only...then it went away when the cramps did.

I just want to let you know that the bloating doesn't go away. I had mine taken out for that same reason after only having it in for 2 1/2 mths. Take it out and you will feel better as far as the mood swings, but as for the bloating, I am still dealing with it.
