I have had the Mirena for over two years now. I have had some slight negative symptoms; however, I have been please. I suffer from IBS-D (chronic diarrhea). Since I have had the Mirena, I have been close to cured...not much diarrhea, until recently. I wonder, does the effectiveness of the Mirena change as the side effects change?
