I tried a cream/ointment called Arnica. Worked pretty good in relieving the itching on my bite. I got it from my aunt, but you can find it in the aisle where all the "latino" medicines are at Walgreens. I suppose it also depends on the region you're in. It was in a cylindrical bottle, the shape of a vicks rub container with a yellow label. It may look different.
I've been taking icephalexin t for a week and I'm taking four a day!! It's worked, but my lips are cracked and dry! But, I'm feeling so much better. You shouldn't stop taking them. It's so it won't get infected. It you're doing okay, then don't worry...keep taking them...sometimes we read stuff over the internet and freak out! If something is worrying you, talk to your doctor. They did go to school for a reason.
Go back to your doctor and get Tiamol cream it usually come in 50g tube which lasts for 10 days. ask you doctor for 200g and try to get the tub/pot from your pharmacist. It will last a lot longer then 10 days. It's for rashes, eczema, psoriasis, etc. RELIEF ON CONTACT!
hope this helps!
