i took lisinopril for two months and now i have the cough. I have stopped the medicine, now when does the cough stop, if is really getting to me.

I took lisenopril for 2 months until the cough drove me nuts. I stopped for a few months, tried a new medicine. I didn't like the new medicine, so I went back to lisinopril with a higher dose and had no problems with the cough returning.
