Hello everyone, I've only been on lisinopril since March 18, 2004. It has been prescribed for me for high blood pressure. I'm also taking a diuretic--hydrochlorothiazide. I see that I'm having the same side effects as several of you. I am experiencing fatigue, foggy-headedness, and sleep disturbance. Most frightening, however, is anxiety/depression. I have suffered from both for quite sometime. This medication is making those symptoms worse, even to the point of suicidal thoughts. It's very scary. I have Oxford/First Health for insurance. Does anyone know of any alternatives to linosipril that my insurance would pay for? I'm afraid of the HBP, but I'm also afraid of these side effects. Essentially, for over the last two weeks I've felt like crap. Thanks for any insight/suggestions.
